This New Year Yoga Flow is a space to slow down, reflect, and intentionally begin again without pressure, resolutions, or expectations. We’ll start by grounding the body and breath, releasing what the previous year has carried, and creating space for what’s ready to unfold. Through mindful movement and gentle flow, you’ll be guided to connect inward and set a personal intention for the year ahead.
