An Autumn Equinox Yoga Ritual
Service Description
Gather with us in community as we honor the Autumn Equinox, a season inviting us into balance, gratitude and release. We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yoga practice designed to bring you back into your body and create space to turn inward. Through intentional movement, breath and reflection, you’ll be invited to honor what you’ve cultivated, acknowledge what has reached completion, and release what you no longer wish to carry into the season ahead. We’ll close our practice with a warm apple cinnamon tea ritual, taking time to integrate our practice, sit in community and welcome the energy of autumn. Please note: This class is held in an upstairs space and is accessible by stairs only. There is currently no elevator access.
